Le Chamois is located in the Upper Village at the base of Blackcomb Mountain.

The unit is located in the Le Chamois hotel, but given that the unit is a self-contained condo (within the hotel) do not use the front desk when you check-in. There is a lock-box at the door of the unit. Phone or email us for the combination of the lock-box as it is changed frequently. There are no "check-in or check-out times" ~ just enjoy yourself.

The swipe cards are in the lock box ~ the cards will give you access to the hotel after hours, to our apartment and will allow you to gain access to the garage. Please replace them in the lock box when you leave.

The private phone number in the condo is 604-932-7213. There is a pay phone in the lobby of the hotel – as such, it would be appreciated if you did not use our phone for long distance, but if necessary please just let Nick or Madeline know (Nick.Clark@UTILITYnet.net or Madeline.Low@UTILITYnet.net) and they will let you know what the charges are.

There is an Internet cable in center drawer of the desk located in the bedroom, for you to use to connect your laptop to the internet.

One free parking pass is left in the unit for you to use. Place it on your dash and please ensure you return it when you check out.

On the parking level, you will find the entrance to Storage Room 1. The key to the storage room is left in the unit for you, on the shelf in the kitchen together with the parking pass.. Use locker Number 7 for your ski boots and to change when you come in and out of the building.

For your convenience, arrangements have been made with Spicy Sport Ski Rental (Entrance to Le Chamois) for storage of your skis. Use the ski storage lock-up outside and at night they will store your skies in their ski locker. Free concierge service for guests.

Dozens of recently released movies are available for you to use. Or, the book shelf is full of paperbacks for those looking for something mindless to read. Enjoy ~ something for everyone in the family.

Don't forget your swimwear. The heated pool and hot tub are available for you to use and are located on the second floor. FYI: the towels in our unit that you will take to the pool do not belong to the hotel. Please don’t leave them behind. In the unit you will find a washer and dryer for your use.

For light loads and your convenience; we have installed a Miele Washer and Dryer for your use. Please do not use any other soap, other then that which is provided and only 1 scoop of the “suds free” soap. The dryer has a Water Reservoir drawer that will need to be emptied when the dryer is used. (The reservoir is a drawer on left hand side of the dryer – pull it out and simply drain it when full). Alternatively – for large loads – please use the Washer and Dryer in the hotel on the 4th floor.

If you want to eat in ~ the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen available for you to use to make your breakfast, come in for lunch or have a great meal at home in the evening. Read more about Kitchen Facilities

In our condo we installed a steam shower for you to enjoy after a day of skiing or mountain biking. After use of the steam room, leave the doors open so that the unit airs out.

The heating system in each room in the condo is radiant heat – both ceiling as well as the floor.

We have installed hardware floors throughout the condo. Please do not wear outside street shoes or boots in the unit. Thanks.

All the "floor-to-ceiling" framed mirrors are actually hidden closet doors with touch and release latches. There is lots of storage space for you coats, ski goggles, shoes and holiday clothing.

Housekeeping services are provided by Nova Eco Clean. We will look after the cleaning of the place at the end of your stay, but while you are there (at your expense), any time you need the unit cleaned, please call Lisa. When you check-out. Here is a quick check list:

1. Turn down the heat.
2. Return the parking pass, place it on the shelf in the kitchen
3. Leave the keys to the Ski Locker (storage room) in the kitchen.
4. Please throw a load of towels or sheets in the washer and dryer, if you have the time.
5. Make sure all the appliances and lights are off.
6. Send us an email or phone and let us know that you have checked out – and we will schedule the cleaner to go in.
7. Put the access cards back in the lock box.
8. Drive with care and we hope you had a great time at the condo.

The condo is non-smoking. Please respect this. Pets should be left at home and are not allowed in the hotel. Due to possible guest or homeowner allergies, pets are prohibited.
